About Diabetes Reversal Plan
In classical Ayurveda, polyuria (Prameha) is listed among eight serious diseases requiring early attention. It manifests with frequent urination, fatigue, muscle loss, excessive thirst and hunger, and loss of strength reflecting depletion of ojas (vital essence). The most severe stage, known as Madhumeha, aligns with modern-day diabetes mellitus. Ancient physicians, without lab tests, identified diabetes by observing that ants were attracted to the patient's urine and body. Ayurveda classifies 20 types of Prameha, each based on dosha-dhatu imbalances (nidana), causes (hetu), and pathogenesis (samprapti).

LineBut Why Me?Line

A question that may creep into your mind from time to time!

Science says it may occur largely due to heredity. If it is so, what should we do to avoid passing on diabetes mellitus to the next generations? Prakruti specifically guides you on this aspect. If you have inherited this disorder, specific and appropriate treatment is provided accordingly. However, if you are affected by diabetes mellitus due to mental fatigue, professional or domestic stress, anxiety, restlessness, or a sedentary lifestyle, a suitable line of treatment is designed after studying all these factors. At Prakruti Ayurvedic Health Center, we identify these factors through comprehensive diagnostics.

Our Process

Our Process – Root-Cause-Based Diabetes Management

At Prakruti, we go beyond symptom management to discover and treat the root causes of diabetes. Our holistic protocol includes expert consultations, personalized purvakarma, Panchakarma therapy, and long-term metabolic care to help you thrive naturally and drug-free.

Doctor’s Consultation – Personalized and Precise

We begin your journey with an in-depth consultation, analyzing your medical history, insulin response, and lifestyle patterns. This detailed diagnosis helps us tailor a unique and effective Ayurvedic diabetes management plan focused on your needs.

Home Detox & Oral Medications for Deeper Healing

Before Panchakarma, we prepare your body through detox at home and dosha-specific oral medication. This purvakarma phase ensures better outcomes, minimizes side effects, and enhances the body’s response to cleansing.

Pradhan Karma – Intensive Panchakarma & Therapies

Once at Prakruti, your main treatment begins with a 15-day Panchakarma plan, including Basti, Piyush Granthi Lep, and pancreas-targeted lepas. This phase detoxifies and rejuvenates internal systems to naturally regulate sugar levels.

Post-Treatment Plan to Sustain Your Progress

After therapy, we support your recovery through Ayurvedic medicines, lifestyle changes, and mindful routines. Our goal is to reduce medication dependence and empower your body to maintain sugar balance independently.

Live Free from Medicine Dependency

Imagine managing diabetes without relying on lifelong medication. Our drugless protocol focuses on improving insulin sensitivity, balancing doshas, and restoring internal harmony so you can live freely and fearlessly.

Apunarbhav Chikitsa – Your Yearly Panchakarma

Prevent relapse and sustain health with our annual Panchakarma program. Combined with Rasayan/Vajikaran therapies, this program supports immunity, rejuvenation, and long-term freedom from chronic conditions like diabetes.

Prakruti Ayurvedic Health Center is a really good recommendation for those who are looking forward for ayurvedic treatments. As a diabetic patient myself, I have found myself curing through this use of treatment. The doctors here are very well aware of the techniques and guides each and every patient correctly. They set a daily routine starting from morning 5:30 am and ends by 9 pm. So by this your daily sleep cycle is maintained. The rooms here are very hygienic and clean, well sanitised. The staff are very helpful and very humble. Talking about the location, it’s on the kaas road, beautiful as heaven. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the surrounding is full of greens. They conduct yoga session in the morning which is very enjoyable. No doubt the best part is the food they provide. So those who are looking forward for body detoxification, one should definitely visit this center because it is 10/10.
